Meet John & Annette
Prodigy Complete IT Solutions was built on two different perspectives that complement each other.
John spent years helping businesses solve technology challenges firsthand. Through that experience, he saw the same frustrations come up again and again: recurring issues, poor communication, and technology that required too much attention from business owners and their teams. He founded Prodigy in 2007 with a simple belief: technology should be managed properly so businesses can focus on what they do best.
Annette joined the business after an 18-year career in education. Her background as a STEM educator shaped the way she approaches leadership, communication, and client relationships. She believes technology should feel approachable, not overwhelming, and that strong partnerships are built on trust, consistency, and clear communication.
Together, John and Annette have built Prodigy around a shared belief: businesses deserve an IT partner that takes ownership, communicates clearly, and helps technology become one less thing to worry about.
